This is to notify the public of the Government's intention to award a consignment order for Plastic Surgery, Mentor Worldwide for the period of performance July 2021- September 2021. This award is based upon a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that is currently in place under contract number N0018321A0004 where Mentor Worldwide supplies are listed in the order. The supplies are very specific to the Plastic Surgery and are what is required for Plastic Surgury to satisfy its mission at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP). Any deviation from the specifications of these products is unacceptable to the Government.
