See attached RFQ1449 for all applicable requirements for consideration. The expected Period of Performance is 31-July-2021 through 30-July-2022. For consideration all evaluation factors must be met: Quote Evaluation factors for Best Value will be rated as follows (in order of importance): Technical capabilities/technical approach • Vendor to provide technical capabilities statement/technical approach for completing the services per the Performance Work Statement or Statement of Work (see Section C) o Must be a separate “unpriced” document Past Performance • Vendor to have available upon request a minimum of three (3) references for similar services provided during the past 24 months o Company Name o Contract Award Number o Total Contract Award Amount o Period of Performance o Point of Contact (POC) o Email address and phone number of the POC o Description of services provided and relevance. Price evaluation • Vendor to provide a published price list and or two invoices for the same or similar services or supplies.
