See Section C of the RFQ for Salient Characteristics of Brand Name or Equal Requirement. Requirement to be awarded using an "All or None" evaluation and/or based on the "Best Value" proposed. The Evaluation Factors consist of Technical Criteria, Past Performance, Price and Delivery listed in Section M. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. An historical invoice for the same/similar items must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government.
