***This solicitation has been extended ONLY for the VENDORS who participated on the site walk-thru.*** Please See attached and notice below. ***Please Read & Adhere to the Attachments for this RFQ. In addition, this RFQ is a Small Business Set-Aside. Quotes from other than these Vendors will not be considered.*** It is mandatory that vendors attend the Site Visit of the area of installation scheduled for Wednesday, 13 January 2021 at 1000 EST (10:00 am) at NMCP/NMRTC, MAIN CHAPEL BUILDING 3, NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER PORTSMOUTH before quoting. At this time, there are no additional site visits scheduled. Contractors interested in attending the site visit must have base access and notify the Contract Specialist with the following information: Company's Name & Attendees Full Name This information must be sent via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, David Anaya at david.c.anaya.civ@mail.mil, no later than 1500 EST (3:00 pm) on MONDAY, 11 JANUARY 2021. Only contractors who respond timely with the above information will be allowed to participate in the site visit. ***DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK, IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL INTERESTED VENDORS ATTEND THE SITE VISIT TO EXAMINE WORK CONDITIONS & PLACEMENT OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT.*** Selected vendor will be required to supply the suggested items, install all supplied items, & offer a trade-in allowance on items being removed/disposed. In addition, presentation of vendor's products will be conducted. Note that the Government shall retain the right to determine capability. Additionally, the Government will make the award based on a "Best Value" determination. Evaluation factors are as follows and arranged in level of importance: 1.
