*This requirement is for new equipment only. Refurbished or Remanufactured equipment is not acceptable. * Please complete Section A of the RFQ attached and provide all requested information from section B. This solicitation is restricted (set a-side) to Small Business. See Section C of the RFQ for Salient Characteristics. Requirement to be awarded using an "All or None" evaluation and/or based on the "Best Value" proposed. The Evaluation Factors consist of Technical Criteria, Past Performance, Price and Delivery listed in Section M. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and historical invoice for the same/similar items must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government. Please email lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 5:00 PM EDT 25 August 20 in order to be considered for contract award. Questions should be submitted prior to RFQ closing date on 08/25/20.
