The Evaluation Factors consist of Technical Criteria, Past Performance, Price and Delivery listed in Section M. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and historical invoice for the same/similar items must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government. Please email lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 4:00 PM EDT 14 September 20 in order to be considered for contract award. Questions should be submitted prior to RFQ closing date on 09/14/2020.
