An amendment is posted to this solicitation to include FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-25 ------------------------------------------------------ **This is a FY21 requirement to start on 10/01/20** This solicitation is posted as Full and Open. A Technical Evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform specifications of service requested and offer must be found technically acceptable by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth after review. If response does not include enough information to perform a technical evaluation it will be considered Non-Responsive. Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. Must provide proof of capability to provide maintenance on equipment as requested. The information identified in Section M on the last page of the RFQ must be included in your response. The government will make a Best Value award for this requirement and will be All or None. Evaluation factors include: technical capabilities to provide service as requested, past performance, and price. See page 33 of attached RFQ
