Amendment 0004 The amendment is to compete the solicitation to the open market as unrestricted, the clsoing date will be Friday September 25th of 2020 at 7am EST. ________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0003 The amendment is to open the solicitation to full and open competition, the clsoing date will be Monday July 27th of 2020 at 7am EST. ________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 The amendment is to extend the closing date to July 17th, 2020 until 7am EST. ________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 The amendment is to extend the closing date to July 10th, 2020 until 7am EST. ________________________________________________________________ Questions and Answers Q: What type of patient warming blanket is the customer accepting? A: The customer is seeking electrical warming blankets and will not accept forced air. _________________________________________________________________________________ This solicitation is restricted as a Small Business Set Aside for businesses that are registered in SAMS (https://sam.gov/portal/SAM/). A Technical Evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform specifications requested and offer must be found technically acceptable by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth after review. If response does not include enough information to perform a technical evaluation it will be considered Non-Responsive. Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration (NO PDF Files), the quote can be accepted in a locked word document. All other documentation PDF’s are acceptable. The information identified in Section M of the RFQ must be included in your response. The government reserves the right to make a “Best Value” award with 1st consideration to vendors with tecnical criteria. This requirement will be issued as a “Best Value” requirement. Evaluation factors include: technical criteria and ability to meet, specifications identified in Section C of RFQ, price and delivery. Additionally, the government reserves the right to make an “all or none” award.
