Amemdment 00001- The purpose of this ammendment is to add CLIN 0002 to the Base Year for Preventive Maintenance for the scrubEX Machines. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Contracting has a requirement for Linen Management Software Service Agreement for the Norfolk Branch Dental Clinic. This is a request for quote. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made using an “All or None” evaluation and/or based on the “Best Value”.
