See Section C of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements. Requirement to be awarded using an "All or None" evaluation and/or based on the "Best Value" proposed. The Evaluation Factors consist of Technical Criteria, Past Performance and Price listed in Section M. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. Please email offers to lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 4:30 PM EDT 13 May 20 in order to be considered for contract award. Questions should be submitted prior to RFQ closing date on 05/13/2020. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and historical invoice for the same/similar items must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government.
