This solicitation is restricted (set a-side) to Small Business. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Technical evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform product specifications and price. Also, the Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Past Performance, and Price. See Section M of the RFQ and must provide all requested information including pricing for quote to be responsive. This is an all or none award *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list must be included with the quote. See Section C of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements. **Memo to Vendor: If quoted items are part of a promotion vendor must give the date that the promotion will end.
