This solicitation is restricted (set-aside) to Small Businesses. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. See Section C: Salient Characteristics of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements. The Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Past Performance, Price, and Delivery. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. Please respond by email to lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 4:00 PM EDT 13 September 19 in order to be considered for contract award. Questions should be submitted prior to RFQ closing date on 09/13/19.
