No Open Market Quotes Accepted. This solicitation is restricted (set-aside) to Small Business. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Technical evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to provide and perform product specifications and price. Also, the Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Price Evaluations, Delivery, and Warranty as applicable. See Section M of the RFQ and must provide all requested information for quote to be responsive. Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list must be included with the quote. See Section C of the RFQ for a detailed description of required salient characteristics. **Note: If quoted items are part of a promotion vendor must give the date that the promotion will end.
