This solicitation is unrestricted. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. See Section C: Salient Characteristics of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements. Award will be made using an “All or None” evaluation and/or based on the “Best Value” proposed for this requirement in terms of technical criteria, past performance, and price. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and/or a copy of your GSA contract must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government and provide proof of your FSS contract.* Please respond by email to lateasha.e.cunningham.civ@mail.mil on or before 3:00 PM EDT 26 August 19 in order to be considered for contract award.
