Technical evaluation of vendors quote will consist of technical capability to the Brand Nameonly and found acceptable by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth after review. Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration (NO PDF Files), the quote can be accepted in a locked word document. All other documentation PDF's are acceptable. The information identified in Section M of the RFQ must be included in your response. The government reserves the right to make a "Best Value" award with This requirement will be issued as a "Best Value" requirement. Evaluation factors include: Technical Capabilities / Technical Approach, Price and Delivery Evaluation. Additionally, the government reserves the right to make an "all or none" award.
