This solicitation is restricted (set a-side) to Small Business. It will also be posted on GSA eBuy! simultaneously. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. See Section C: Salient Characteristics of the RFQ for a detailed description of requirements. The Government will make a "Best Value" award that consist of Technical Capabilities, Price Evaluations, Past Performance and Delivery. All requested information must be provided for quote to be responsive. *Quotes should reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list and/or a copy of your GSA contract must be included with the quote. This is needed to assist in establishing fair and reasonable pricing for the Government and provide proof of your FSS contract.
