This is a request for quotes. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made to using an "All or None" evaluation and/or based on the "Best Value" proposed for this requirement in terms of technical capabilities/approach, past performance, and price. All questions must be received by 22 July 2019 @ 10:00am. EST. Note the response deadline for this RFQ is 25 July 2019 at 1400 (2:000 am EST). This is a Limited Source type of requirement.
