This is a combined Advance Notice/Sources Sought for SCSTC Instructor Services Follow-On and is open only to SeaPort MAC holders; it is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the government to award. The Navy is using the PIEE Solicitation Portal for SeaPort MAC holders, who must register for PIEE accounts to receive solicitations and submit proposals. A 13 April 2026 update posted Industry Day slides and a preregistration list and moved the notice from SeaPort Opportunities to PIEE-SOL/SAM.gov. As of 6 October 2026, due to Executive Order 14402, the anticipated contract type is being revised to a hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level of Effort and Firm Fixed Price Task Order. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, even if previously submitted, via email to the listed contact.
