The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure an EMI Chamber in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, for delivery to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. The order will be firm-fixed-price, awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with all costs such as shipping, freight, tariffs, and duties included in the quoted price and no additional post-award charges. Quotes will only be accepted from the Original Equipment Manufacturer or authorized resellers that provide an OEM Letter of Authorization, and offerors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. The solicitation is anticipated to be published to the GPE on 10/20/2027, with award anticipated by December 2027.
