The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure Exosens (formerly Telops) infrared camera systems, lenses, storage, IRIG, and calibration options per the requirements list under a firm-fixed-price simplified acquisition. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, with an anticipated award date by January 15, 2027. Quotes will be accepted only from the OEM or authorized resellers that provide an OEM Letter of Authorization; quotations lacking required authorization documentation will not be considered. All costs, including shipping/freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 and any tariffs or duties, must be included in quoted line items, with no additional costs after award.
