The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure power hardware per attached specifications on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures and lowest-price technically acceptable award. The procurement is specification-based with no manufacturer or brand restrictions. Quotes will be accepted only from OEMs or authorized resellers/distributors that provide OEM authorization documentation, and SAM registration is required for award eligibility. All costs, including shipping/freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 and applicable tariffs or duties, must be included in quoted line-item prices with no post-award additions. Anticipated publication to the GPE is October 29, 2027, with award anticipated by December 4, 2027.
