GTPE Training Package
NSWCDD intends to procure three Georgia Institute of Technology courses—Adaptive Arrays: Algorithms, Architectures and Applications; Basic RF EW Concepts; and Target Tracking in Sensor Systems—as required components of Georgia Tech’s EO/IR Systems Engineering Certificate program, which the government says cannot be obtained from another provider. Award will be made on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis as a firm-fixed-price order under simplified acquisition procedures, and quotations will be accepted only from the OEM or authorized resellers providing OEM authorization documentation; offerors must also be SAM-registered. All quoted prices must include all costs, including shipping/freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110 and applicable tariffs/duties (taxes excluded), as separate line items, with no additional costs after award and possible DFARS duty-free entry. Georgia Institute of Technology is located in Atlanta, GA. The notice is anticipated for GPE publication on October 21, 2027, and award is anticipated by November 30, 2026.
