Altair Software Perpetual License Maintenance Mechanical Engineering Package (part AU-ME-STD-MNT), a proprietary maintenance product required for compatibility with existing design packages. Award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures, with all costs including shipping/freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 and any tariffs/duties included in the quoted price. Only the OEM or authorized resellers with an OEM Letter of Authorization may be considered; quotations lacking required OEM authorization documentation will not be considered. The opportunity is anticipated to be published to the GPE on Nov 4, 2026, with award anticipated by Dec 10, 2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide published, historical, or other pricing information to support price reasonableness.
