The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure Energy Visuals Inc. Transmission Atlas (Part TA-FULL) under a firm-fixed-price commercial-item order using simplified acquisition procedures, with award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Proprietary data rights limit competition, so only the OEM or authorized resellers/distributors with an OEM Letter of Authorization will be considered. All costs, including shipping/freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 and any tariffs or duties, must be included in the quoted price as separate line items, with no additional post-award costs. The anticipated publication date to the GPE is 10/01/2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM and are encouraged to submit published or historical pricing to support a fair-and-reasonable price determination.
