Quotes will be accepted only from the OEM or authorized resellers/distributors that provide an RTI Letter of Authorization. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with all costs such as shipping, freight, tariffs, or duties included in the quoted price. Delivery is to Dam Neck, VA 23461, and RTI is located in Sunnyvale, California. The notice is anticipated to be published to the GPE on October 7, 2027, with award anticipated by November 1, 2027.
