This requirement is for the production and sustainment of AN/SPQ-14(V) and AN/SPQ-15(V) distribution systems and future components for U.S. Navy ships, land-based sites, and FMS ships. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and Firm Fixed Price order with a base period of 12 months and four 12-month options, totaling 60 months. It anticipates requiring 76.25 Full-Time Equivalents over the full performance period. The primary facility supporting the work must have a SECRET facility clearance, and personnel directly supporting the task require SECRET clearances. A set-aside determination has not yet been made, and capability statements are requested to inform that decision.
