This acquisition is for Architectural and Engineering services to support facility repairs and renovations at several specified locations in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The work primarily involves repair, upgrade, and design for structural construction under specific NAVFAC guidelines. Services will be performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA, Wallops Island, VA, the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C., and the Pumpkin Neck Annex in King George, VA.
