This is an advance notice/sources sought for industry awareness only, not a request for proposals, and does not obligate the government to award a contract. It covers a follow-on requirement to support research, design, prototyping, modeling and simulation, systems engineering, and embedded controls for HPM weapon systems. Only SeaPort MAC holders are eligible, and they must register for PIEE accounts to receive future solicitations and submit proposals. A draft RFP was posted on 8/11/2026 for industry response, with official proposal requests expected in FY 2026 Quarter 4 via a new PIEE posting. Capability statements are not being accepted at this time, and questions are not being taken on this notice.
