This is a sole-source solicitation for a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Applied Physical Electronics, L.C. of Spicewood, TX, for supplies and services. The BPA has a performance period not to exceed five years, and individual calls under it are firm-fixed-price and capped at $250,000 each. All shipping costs must be included in quoted prices for delivery to Dahlgren, VA 22407-1902. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization.
