Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Multiple Award IDIQ contract set aside for small businesses to provide facility repairs, renovations, and nonstructural construction. The work will be performed at NSWCDD locations in Dahlgren, VA; King George, VA; Wallops Island, VA; and Washington, DC. The total available capacity for all contract holders over the 5-year ordering period is $42,000,000. The scope of work is focused on repairs, upgrades, and construction not exceeding Category II of a specific NAVFAC bulletin. Specific requirements will be defined in individual task orders issued under the contract.
