The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure a TIGER Multi Link Software Subscription from NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION on a sole-source, brand-name basis. The software is required to support existing hardware, and the introduction of other manufacturers' software would prevent the use of key applications. All shipping costs to Dahlgren, VA must be included in the firm fixed-price quotation. Quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The anticipated award date is by 02 April 2026.
