The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to sole-source a Rohde & Schwarz FSW Signal Analyzer and software, which must be compatible with existing Rohde & Schwarz hardware. Performance of services and delivery will be to Dahlgren, VA. The government will award a firm fixed-price contract on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and all costs including shipping must be included in the quoted price. Offerors must be authorized resellers with documentation from the OEM and be registered in SAM. The anticipated date for publication in SAM.gov is July 1, 2026.
