The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure cable, residential internet, and commercial high-speed internet services for multiple buildings, supplied solely by Cogeco US Finance, LLC (Breezeline) due to proprietary technology requirements. Performance of services will be at Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. The acquisition is a sole source, firm fixed-price requirement, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, must be included in the quoted price. The anticipated award date is by August 2026.
