The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure license renewals for RTI Connext DDS Professional software and support, which must be compatible with currently installed systems. This is a sole source requirement for brand-name items manufactured by Real Time Innovations, Inc. Performance of services and delivery will be to Dahlgren, VA. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, with all costs including shipping and freight to be included in the quoted price. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis to an authorized reseller.
