The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure Systems Modeling Language (SysML®) training classes from the Georgia Institute of Technology. This sole-source requirement is due to the vendor's unique familiarity with the Navy’s existing modeling environment, ensuring continuity and avoiding workforce retraining. Performance of services will be delivered to Dahlgren, VA. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation on a firm fixed-price basis, with all costs including shipping included in the quoted price. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
