The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure brand-name servers manufactured by ACME Portable Machines Inc. on a firm fixed-price, lowest-price technically acceptable basis. The servers must be shipped to Dahlgren, VA, and all associated costs, including shipping and duties, must be included in the quoted price. Quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The item cannot be deviated from in form, fit, or function as it is part of a finalized design. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management.
