The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure a direct replacement part manufactured by Power Systems & Controls Inc. of Henrico, VA, on a sole-source, brand-name basis. The justification is that using another manufacturer would cause an extended loss of lab time and introduce additional cost, risk, and testing requirements. Performance and shipping are to Dahlgren, VA, and all costs, including shipping and duties, must be included in a firm fixed-price quotation. Quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization from the OEM, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible.
