The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure electrical and electronic assemblies, boards, cards, and associated hardware based on attached specifications. All costs, including shipping and freight to Virginia Beach, VA 23461, must be included in the firm fixed-price quotation. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
