This is a sole-source solicitation for 50 custom Pelican cases manufactured by Orlando Products, Inc., as they are the only approved supplier for this specific need. The services are to be performed with delivery to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. The order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and all shipping costs to Dahlgren must be included in the quoted price. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer.
