The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure specific Liebert CoolPhase Precision Cooling System and Vertiv CoolPhase Outdoor Air-Cooled Microchannel Condenser units from VERTIV CORPORATION or offerors providing equal, compatible items. All shipping and freight costs to Dam Neck – Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097 must be included in the firm fixed-price quotation. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide an OEM Letter of Authorization, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The anticipated award date is by 30 April 2026. This requirement is not eligible for a small business set-aside and material must be Trade Agreements Act compliant.
