Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure products or services from an authorized reseller, with all costs including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 included in a firm fixed-price quote. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and quotations require documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller. The government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures for this full and open, total small business set-aside solicitation. All responsible offerors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) are encouraged to submit quotations.
