This is a sole-source solicitation for a Dual Rail Launcher manufactured by Moog Military Aircraft LLC, as it is the only approved hardware for the intended use. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division requires delivery to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, with all shipping and duty costs included in a firm fixed price. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide an OEM authorization letter. The anticipated award date is by June 2026. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis to a responsible offeror registered in SAM.
