The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure two annual subscription licenses for GridPro software from the Program Development Corporation, LLC. The services are to be performed at Dahlgren, VA, and all shipping costs to that location must be included in the quoted price. The government anticipates making an award by May 2026. This is a brand-name or equal solicitation, and quotations will only be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
