This is a sole-source solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to procure services from First Rf Corporation in Boulder, Colorado, as their systems are deemed exclusive to meeting mission requirements. The services will support a testing event, and all costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA, must be included in a firm fixed-price quotation.
