The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure Arnold Defense and Electronics, LLC products on a sole source basis, as no alternate launcher is capable of integrating without extensive redesign and risk. All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, must be included in the quoted firm fixed price. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide a Letter of Authorization from the OEM and be registered in SAM. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The anticipated award date is by 10 April 2026.
