The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to procure RTI Connext DDS Professional software on a sole-source basis from Real-Time Innovations, Inc. or its authorized resellers. The software is required for continued development and testing at the requiring activity in Dahlgren, VA. All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448, must be included in a firm fixed-price quotation. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide documentation from the manufacturer, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The anticipated award date is by 7 April 2026.
