This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a sole source award to acquire Dassault Systemes software and support, as no other manufacturer's product is deemed compatible with existing systems. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to award a firm fixed-price contract, with all costs including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 to be included in the quoted price. Quotations are only accepted from authorized resellers who must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The Government will make the award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management.
