The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure amplifiers based on minimum requirements specifications, with all costs including shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 to be included in a firm fixed-price quote. The award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, and offerors must be registered in SAM.
