Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm-fixed-price contract set aside for small businesses. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure services for operational improvements to a Tapered Anechoic Chamber, with performance and shipping to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114.
