The solicitation close date is being extended until September 3, 2024. 8/13/2024 N0017824Q6941-0002 Amended solicitation; The reason for amendment to solicitation is to correct the quantity on lines 0066 & 0078 from quantity 4 to quantity 1. Correct the Part number and item description on line 0031 from SL-DAN-32-P to SL-DAN-16-P. The amended solicitation at SAM.gov will also include the revised requirements list with Part # 60-1834-01 quantity change from 17 to quantity 3. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017824Q6941 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. Material must be TAA compliant. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure Conference Room Upgrade on a Brand Name Mandatory for VADDIO, EXTRON, CRESTRON, QSC, SHURE, INC. & ATLAS SOUND to include support services in accordance with the Statement of Work, CDRL A001 & Requirements list. The conference room upgrades are integrating with existing hardware that was installed, configured, programmed, and commissioned. The new equipment that must be compatible (form, fit, and function) with the currently installed equipment and hardware. *SITE VISIT* NOTE: It has been recommended and would be most beneficial for a vendor to be available for a site visit to accurately quote this requirement. The scheduled date for the site visit is 19 August 2024 at 10:30 – 1:30. Vendors interested in attending site visit need to notify diana.m.moses4.civ@us.navy.mil by 6 August at 10:00 AM EST with how many people will be attending. Once I have received your notice of intent to attend the site visit, I will supply you with the appropriate paperwork needed to submit a background check in order to gain access to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Please let me know your intent as soon as possible, but “NO” later than the 6 August at 10:00. Completed forms need to be submitted no later than 8 August 2024 at 10:00 AM EST it can take up to five (5) working days for processing all required paper. No clearance is required for site visit just Base Access. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible offerors must submit, with its offer, the representation required in paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.212-3. Offerors must complete the following representations when the resulting contract is for supplies to be delivered or services to be performed in the United States or its outlying areas, or when the contracting officer has applied FAR Part 19. All offerors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The completion and submission to the Government of an offer shall indicate the Offeror’s unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions in this solicitation. Offers may be rejected if an exception to the terms or conditions set forth in this solicitation is taken. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing.
